Countries With 30 Day Visa Free Travel to China

This unilateral visa free policy now allows eligible passport holders from certain countries to enjoy 30 days of visa-free travel. While this policy simplifies entry, travelers are advised to prepare essential documents such as flight tickets, hotel reservations, and invitations to ensure a smooth journey.

Eligible Countries for 30-Day Visa-Free Travel:

240-Hour Transit Visa Exemption

Travelers transiting through China can now enjoy a 240-hour visa-free stay. To qualify, you must hold a valid passport with at least three months of remaining validity and meet the entry requirements for your destination country or region. CITEXPO 2025 attendees can take advantage of this policy to join our show without needing a full visa, making participation even more accessible.

Key Requirements for the 240-Hour Transit Visa Exemption:

1. A confirmed flight ticket with a departure date and seat to a third country within 240 hours of arrival in China.
2. Completion of the temporary entry form and clearance from border inspection authorities upon arrival.

Visa Requirements for Other Countries

For individuals from countries not mentioned above, a visa will be required. You will need to apply visa in Chinese embassy in your country. You may ask your embassy for the required documents, steps and the procedure.
