Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum Group Rubber Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Yanchang Rubber) is a radial tire manufacturer, registered and established in 2008, and is affiliated with Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum Northwest Rubber Co., Ltd. The company covers an area of 2,500 mu (approximately 167 hectares) and has a planned annual production capacity of 20 million radial tires, including 4 million all-steel tires and 16 million semi-steel tires. Currently, the first phase of the project, with an annual production capacity of 2 million all-steel tires and 8 million semi-steel tires, has been completed.
Adhering to the philosophy of "serving the market, pioneering innovation, and pursuing excellence," Yanchang Rubber is committed to the research and development of multiple series of all-steel and semi-steel tires. Semi-steel radial tires cover eight major series and over 300 models, including UHP, HP, WINTER, HT, AT, MT, LT (C), and modified vehicle tires. All-steel radial tires cover six series, 52 specifications, 89 tread patterns, and over 1000 models, including light truck tires, tubed truck tires, tubeless tires, metric tires, wide-base tires, and special tires. These products are widely used in passenger cars, commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles, medium- and long-distance transportation, short-distance heavy-duty vehicles, mining vehicles, and special vehicles. After more than ten years of development, Yanchang Rubber has successfully created several technologically advanced and high-quality independent tire brands such as "DURATURN" and "NEOLIN," and has established a comprehensive and high-quality sales and service network in more than 100 countries and regions across seven major international markets, including China, North America, Europe, Southeast Asia, Australia, the Middle East, Central and South America, and Africa.
Yanchang Rubber utilizes internationally advanced technology to develop and design unique, low-carbon, and environmentally friendly green tires. Its products have passed national CCC, IATF16949, US DOT, and European E-mark quality management system certifications.
