Founded in 2010, Zhejiang Tianzhou Wheel Co., Ltd. (formerly Yongkang Anchi Wheel Co., Ltd established in 2006) is a professional manufacturer of steel wheel. The company total investment is 200 million RMB and covers a factory area of 56,000 square meters. The company currently has 150 employees including 42 staff with college degree or above and more than 10 professional technical personnel.
Our products are mainly used on off-road vehicles such as ATV, Golf carts, Go karts, Snow plows, lawn mowers, Trailers, Agricultural machinery, Electric vehicles, Motorcycles vehicles, etc. With an annual capacity of over 4 million sets 3-20 inch steel wheels, we are one of the most complete manufacturers of steel wheel in terms of model specifications in China.
Our production lines have multiple sets of advanced high-precision production equipment including CNC punching machine, ZDM forging machine, hydraulic stretching machine, automated robots, CNC lathes, powder coating lines, acid washing phosphating electrophoresis production lines, etc. The steel wheels we made have all gone through PH test, air tightness test, run out test, salt spray test, bending/radial fatigue test, welding penetration test, coating thickness, adhesion (hundred grid test), etc., which ensure stable and reliable quality.
The wheels are strictly produced by our company according to international TRA steel rim standards and have obtained ISO9001 and US DOT certification. As a high-tech enterprise of Zhejiang Province, the sales income is more than 120 million in 2023. The products are exported to Europe, America, Southeast Asia, Japan, and South Korea etc. The quality has won widespread recognition from customers.
