We specialize in manufacturing and selling lightweight forged automotive wheels and cast wheels, with an annual production capacity of 1,000,000 pieces. Our company boasts a robust technical team in R&D, production, quality assurance, sales, and management, comprising top-tier senior experts in the casting and forging industry.We are in the leading position in the industry in terms of R&D technology and processing technology of aluminium alloy.
We are equipped with advanced production equipment, including 20 sets of casting equipment, 2 sets of forging production lines, 20 sets of vertical lathes, 100 sets of machining centres, as well as 1 set of automatic painting equipment. Additionally, we have a comprehensive array of major testing equipment such as spectrometers, impact testers, bending fatigue testers, radial fatigue testers, coordinate testers, salt spray testers, tensile testers, high and low-temperature testers, metallographic testers, hardness testers, film thickness testers, spherical rulers, among others, ensuring that our products meet and exceed industry standards.
