GUANGXI NEWGUILUN RUBBER CO., LTD. is located in Guilin, Guangxi, a city famed as "the world’s most scenic landscape". It ranks among the largest tire production bases in southwest China. Boasting superior geographical location, the factory sits in Suqiao Economic Development Zone of Guilin, a key Class A industrial park in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, covering a total area of over 1.2 million square meters.
The company’s production lines are designed and planned by Beijing Research and Design Institute of Rubber Industry, China’s top-tier professional R&D team dedicated to rubber and tire projects. Adopting the optimal layout concept for tire manufacturers, the shared thermal and power energy pipelines are arranged to achieve the shortest delivery distance throughout the whole process from raw material processing, semi-finished product preparation, tire building and vulcanization to finished product warehousing, which greatly boosts energy utilization efficiency.
For core equipment in key production procedures, we select premium facilities supplied by leading tire equipment manufacturers both internationally from Italy, the United States and other countries, and domestically in China.
We have established a complete laboratory system for inspection and testing covering every procedure from raw materials to finished tires, equipped with top-grade testing instruments sourced from the United States, Germany, Taiwan region and other renowned suppliers, laying a solid foundation for manufacturing high-quality and high-end tire products.
Backed by a first-class professional technical team domestically, the company offers a full range of products including all-steel truck tires, all-steel giant tires, bias giant tires and off-the-road tires for construction machinery. It is capable of supporting OEM manufacturers of super-large construction machinery, general engineering machinery and heavy-duty vehicles.
The enterprise has been awarded honors such as National Enterprise Technology Center and National Pilot Unit for Intellectual Property Rights of Enterprises and Institutions. Its independently developed all-steel radial giant engineering tire project with proprietary intellectual property rights is the first national science and technology support program project in China’s tire industry.
