Founded by Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Duong in 1982, NDR began as a small tire retreading shop in Ho Chi Minh City. With a commitment to innovation and sustainability, NDR quickly evolved—producing Vietnam’s first locally made agricultural tires at 30% lower cost than imports, boosting national agricultural mechanization.
In 1998, NDR expanded to a state-of-the-art 40,000 m² facility in Binh Duong Province, now part of Ho Chi Minh City, backed by over $10 million in investment. Today, NDR is a trusted name in rubber manufacturing, serving diverse sectors with high-quality, cost-effective tire solutions.
