In 2016, the Group began to research and develop special, high-strength and ultra light new aluminum alloy wheels, and introduced friction stir welding and rolling forming technology in the process, so that the production process of wheels can meet the needs of energy conservation and consumption reduction. This new type of aluminum alloy wheel reduces weight by 30% compared to cast aluminum wheels under the same load, improves collision resistance by 30%, and improves overall seismic performance of the wheel by 20%.
Products are widely used in new energy cars, off-road vehicles and ATVs. At present, the group has four production bases in Wenling, Zhejiang and Monterey, Mexico, achieving diversified production of aluminum alloy wheels and steel wheels, and becoming a supplier to globally renowned brands such as Honda, John Deere, Bombardier, and Polaris.
