Vibration screening equipment mainly includes rotary vibrating screen, linear screen, swing screen, roller screen, inspection screen, conveyor, etc., which are mainly used in food, chemical, pharmaceutical, mining and metal powder industries. We provide standardized screening equipment production, and can also customize screening equipment according to customers' materials and working conditions.
Vibration polishing machine is a product independently developed by our company, which is mainly used for grinding and polishing of motorcycle wheel rim, automobile wheel rim and truck wheel rim. Because it uses three vibration motors as the vibration source, the abrasive movement track is more diverse, and the polishing is more thorough and efficient.
Meanwhile, it can also be used to polish large hardware. At present, there are three main models, DZP-700, which are suitable for wheels smaller than 21 inches; DZP-800, suitable for wheels less than 25 inches; DZP-900, suitable for hubs smaller than 31 inches. The polishing process is mainly divided into two stages: rough polishing and fine polishing. The rough polishing needs to be operated with resin abrasive and abrasive, which takes about 1.5 hours. The fine polishing needs to be operated with zirconia abrasive and special brightener and cleaner, which takes about 3 hours.
