We have been focusing on the research and manufacture of custom steel wheels, and have always maintained a leading position in China. BRS car tyre manufacturer has grown from the initial 5,000 square meters to more than 100,000 square meters, and has experienced many leaps and bounds. Ningbo BRS Auto Parts Co., Ltd. is a large-scale private enterprise established in 2002. It is the earliest automobile steel wheel manufacturer in China and the first strategic partner of Geely Group.
Our factory has passed IATF 16949 System. Now we own more than 200 workers, own many rim &disc production lines, and 2 full-automatic electric coated painting lines, and we have our own wheel testing lab. Annually production capacity reaches to 4 million sets. More than 10 professional technicians major in 2D,3D and CAE analysis and developing. At the moment,we could produce steel wheels and aluminum wheels from 6” to 18”, width from 2.15” to 8”, meanwhile, we are developing width from 8” to 12” steel wheels, these items will be ready at the end of 2021. We focus on developing full automatic production lines, more than 10 robots have been officially put into production, which increases our products competitiveness, also make a big effort for our steady development.
