Beihuite Machinery Manufacturing Technology (Xuzhou) Co., Ltd., established in 2020, is headquartered in the Liuquan High-end Manufacturing and Intelligent Production Industrial Park in Tongshan District. With a total planned investment exceeding 1.6 billion yuan and covering an area of over 220 mu (approximately 14.7 hectares), the company has constructed standardized workshops spanning more than 100,000 square meters. It has introduced over 100 sets of imported large-scale machining equipment and four sets of advanced heat treatment systems. Specializing in hydraulic presses, mechanical presses, military components, construction machinery, and mining equipment, the company was recognized as a National High-tech Enterprise in 2024 and successfully obtained Jiangsu Provincial "Specialized, Refined, Distinctive, and Innovative" Enterprise certification in 2025, laying a solid foundation for its high-quality development.
In 2025, Beihuite Company will launch a new magnesium alloy hub forging project, introducing two 15,000-ton large die forging presses and three 8,000-ton die forging presses, totaling five hub forging production lines. The company will also establish six automated painting production lines. By 2026, plans include adding over 300 additional production equipment sets. Upon completion, the facility is expected to achieve an annual output of 1-1.2 million hubs with annual sales reaching 2 billion yuan. Currently, major large-scale equipment required for the project has been procured. After infrastructure completion, the project will enter equipment installation and debugging phases, with trial production scheduled to commence in December 2026.
