Zhongce Rubber’s IPO Marks New Era of Growth and Global Expansion!

Last month, Zhongce Rubber Group Co., Ltd. successfully launched its initial public offering (IPO) on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, trading under stock code 603049. The company raised significant capital through the issuance of 87.45 million shares, reaching an opening market value of over RMB 45 billion.

Zhongce marks this milestone as the beginning of a new chapter, using the raised capital to strengthen R&D, expand its high-end product lines, accelerate innovation in smart manufacturing, and advance global expansion through strategic overseas investments.

Founded in 1958, Zhongce is now one of the world’s top 10 tire manufacturers, with over 19,000 employees and sales in more than 160 countries. The company produces a wide range of tires, including truck tires, passenger car tires, industrial tires, off-road tires, agricultural tires, bicycle tires, motorcycle tires, and ATV tires. Its key brands include Chaoyang, Westlake, Goodride, Arisun, Tianli, and Trazano.
