1. Sailun Tire Group (Booth No. 1620)
1. Sailun China:
• Sailun Shenyang - This factory is located in Shenyang, Liaoning Province, China, construction started in March 2020, focusing on producing all-steel radial tires with a capacity of 5 million sets.
• Sailun Dongying - Founded in 2008 in Dongying City, Shandong Province, China, this facility can achieve an annual production capacity of 27 million sets of semi-steel radial tires.
• Sailun Shenyang - This factory is located in Shenyang, Liaoning Province, China, construction started in March 2020, focusing on producing all-steel radial tires with a capacity of 5 million sets
• Sailun Weifang - Established in 2020 and commenced production on June 27, 2021, this factory anticipates an annual capacity of 6 million sets of high-performance semi-steel radial tires and 1.5 million sets of high-performance all-steel radial tires.
• Sailun Qingdao Dongjiakou - With a planned investment of 15.181 billion yuan, this facility in Qingdao, Shandong, China, aims to achieve an estimated annual capacity of 20 million semi-steel radial tires, 10 million all-steel radial tires, and 150,000 tons of off-road tires.
2. Sailun Global:
• Sailun Cambodia - In 2021, the company initiated the construction of a semi-steel radial tire facility capable of producing 9 million units annually. In 2022, Sailun expanded its operations by investing in and establishing an all-steel radial tire project, boasting an annual capacity of 1.65 million tires. in October 2023, Sailun made further investments to develop a project focusing on an annual output of 6 million semi-steel radial tires. On January 29th, 2024, Sailun issued an announcement on additional investment of 774 million yuan in the semi-steel radial tire project.
• Sailun Vietnam - Established in 2013, the second phase was put into production in 2015. With the third phase announced in 2021, this project envisions an annual capacity of 16 million sets of semi-steel radial tires, 2.6 million sets of all-steel radial tires, and 100,000 tons of off-road tires.
• Sailun Vietnam ACTR - A joint venture with Cooper Tire, this facility started production in 2019 with an annual output of 2.65 million sets of semi-steel radial tires.
• Sailun Mexico - In December 2023, Sailun announced the establishment of a plant in Mexico, with an estimated investment of 1.708 billion yuan, aiming to build an annual production line output of 6 million semi-steel radial tires.


2. ZC Rubber Group（Booth No. 1500)
1. ZC Rubber China:
• ZC Rubber Hangzhou Qiantangjiang - Hangzhou Qiantang District plant is a new plant of ZC Rubber, which plans to produce an annual capacity of 25 million sets of semi-steel radial tires. The project will be constructed in three phases. The capacity of each phase of the project is 9.5 million units, 9.5 million units, and 6 million units.
• ZC Rubber Hangzhou Qingquan - The first phase commenced construction in December 2019, followed by the second phase in the latter half of 2020. With all three phases, it aims to produce 7.5 million sets of all-steel radial tires annually.
• ZC Rubber Anji - A project with a total investment of 3.955 billion yuan, focusing on an annual capacity of 2 million all-steel radial tires and rubber products.
• ZC Rubber Jiande - Annual production capacity of 12 million all-steel radial tires, accounting for 65% of the all-steel products of ZC Rubber Group.
• ZC Rubber Tianjin - Planned investment of 2.8 billion yuan over 3 years to achieve an annual output of 400,000 tires and 85,000 tons of high-end supporting materials, aiming to become the world's top 3 and Asia's largest off-road tire production plant.
• ZC Rubber Jintan - Produces 10 million sets of high-performance semi-steel radial tires and 500,000 all-steel radial tires annually.
2. ZhongCe Rubber Global
• ZC Rubber Thailand - Commenced the third phase of construction on December 20, 2019, with an annual capacity of 5 million sets of semi-steel radial tires and 1.4 million sets of all-steel radial tires, totaling 20 million sets annually.
• ZC Rubber Indonesia - Announced in February 2024, with plans for a new plant in Semarang, covering 500,000 square meters, to be completed in 10 months.
• ZC Rubber Mexico - On 8th Feb 2024, ZC Rubber disclosed its plans to establish a tire factory in Mexico, located in Saltillo, Mexico, covering an area of 600,000 square meters.


3. Linglong Tire（Booth No. 1565)
1. Linglong China:
• Linglong Guangxi - Located in Liuzhou City, Guangxi Province, China, with a total investment of 4 billion yuan. After the completion of the project, the annual production capacity is expected to be 20 million sets of PCR tires, 2 million sets of TBR tires, and 60,000 sets of OTR tires.
• Linglong Zhaoyuan - Shandong Zhaoyuan factory serves as Linglong's largest production base in China. According to the 2019 financial report, the production capacity of semi-steel radial tires already reached 30 million, with 5.1 million all-steel tires and 1 million bias tire capacity.
• Linglong Dezhou - In October 2011, Linglong Tire Dezhou was founded, and in May 2012, after a span of nine months, the factory's first all-steel product was successfully rolled off. In April 2014, the factory achieved another milestone with the launch of its first half-steel product. The Linglong Tire Dezhou factory was designed with a planned capacity of 10 million tires.
• Linglong Hubei - Linglong Hubei Jingmen plant includes a semi-steel production line and an all-steel production line, with an estimated total investment of about 24 billion yuan. It is planned to add 12 million sets of semi-steel radial tires and 2.4 million sets of all-steel radial tires.
• Linglong Changchun - Jilin Changchun is the fifth production base of Linglong in China. On 15th April 2020, the launch ceremony was held in Changchun (Jilin province) with an annual capacity of 14.2 million.
2. Linglong Global:
• Linglong Thailand - The production capacity has reached 15 million sets of semi-steel radial tires and 2.2 million sets of all-steel radial tires.
• Linglong Serbia - The Linglong Serbia plant has been gradually put into production since 2023, with an annual capacity of 12 million semi-steel tires and 1.6 million all-steel tires.
