Zhongyi Rubber Co., Ltd. is a research and development manufacturing enterprise mainly engaged in the production of high-performance semi-steel radial tires, full-steel radial tires, steel cord core and fabric core rubber conveyor belts.
The company was established in 2004, covers an area of 600,000 square meters, and has more than 2,800 employees. At present, it has an annual production capacity of 18 million semi-steel radial tires and 25 million square meters of rubber conveyor belts. The annual production of 3 million full-steel radial tires is under construction.
Our products have passed ISO9001 international quality system certification, China's "3C" mandatory safety certification, ISO/TS16949 quality management certification, ISO14001 environmental management system certification, OHSAS18001 occupational health and safety management system certification, US DOT, EU labeling law, Middle East GCC, Brazil INMETRO, India BIS and Indonesia SNI certification, etc. Its tire testing center has passed ISO17025 standard laboratory accreditation, and its products comply with REACH regulations and labeling laws.
Semi-steel tires cover 18 series and more than 500 models, with SUV, UHP and snow tires as the flagship products. It also has the industry-leading run-flat tire production technology and the national patented puncture-resistant and leak-proof safety tire production technology.
