Shanghai Yisen Industrial Co., Ltd. was established in 2016 and specializes in fatigue simulation of chassis rotating parts and wheel fatigue testing. We work closely with Fraunfoher LBF, a world-leading structural stability research institution, and are the exclusive agent of its wheel fatigue simulation software in China and partner of its wheel testing service in China.
We assist domestic related enterprises to carry out scientific research cooperation with LBF in many fields, such as biaxial test, load file customization and development, comprehensive user training, and complete biaxial technology integration projects, i.e. biaxial testing machine customization and technology transfer. Our customers include vehicle OEMs, wheel, hub and chassis component manufacturers.
At the same time, the deep cultivation in the fields of research, development and sales has enabled Yisen to establish partnerships with many experts, institutions and companies at home and abroad, providing us with extensive professional knowledge and practical technical resources. Based on this, we have joined hands with well-known technical experts, scholars and senior OEM business managers at home and abroad to provide practice-related training courses for product designers and test engineers in the wheel industry, helping customers understand and master internationally recognized guidelines and standards, so as to achieve economical, efficient and safe product design, verification and production.
