The company’s controlling shareholder is Wuchan Zhongda Chemical Group Co., Ltd., which is affiliated to Wuchan Zhongda Group Co., Ltd., a Fortune 500 company and a large state-owned enterprise in Zhejiang Province (stock code: 600704. SH). As an important plat form under the tire-rubber segment of Wuchan Zhongda Chemical Group, TERCELO TIRE GROUP focuses on the research and development, production, and sales of high-quality tire and rubber products, as well as the provision of high-quality supply chain integration services. Currently, it owns 4 production bases, including Tercelo Tire (Qingzhou) Co Ltd., Shandong New Hawk Tire Co Ltd., Tercelo Rubber Technology (Dongying) Co Ltd., Saint Tour Tire Co Ltd., and 3 trade centers located in Qingdao, Hangzhou and Hongkong. Cooperate with Qingdao University of Science and Technology, Tsinghua University and Jilin University to establish a research institute.

The company now has a production scale of 5.5 million sets of TBR, 15 million sets of PCR and 50,000 sets of OTR. The company owns well-known brans such as TERCELO and TRANSMATE. At present, it has obtained domestic and foreign certifications such as CCC, DOT, E4, R117, GCC etc. The product selling covers 29 provinces in domestic market, with more than 300 distribution channels. At the same time, the tires are exported to more than 120 countries in Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Latin American, and Oceania.
