JIANGSU POMLEAD CO., LTD. is located in Pei County, Jiangsu Province, the hometown of Han Dynasty Emperor. Pomlead specializes in developing and manufacturing high strength and lightweight forged aluminum wheels and forging aluminum parts for various commercial vehicles like heavy-duty trucks, coaches, trailers and dangerous goods transport vehicles and passenger cars as well as the field of aerospace and fast train. Pomlead supplies to more than 30 OEMs in and outside China such as FAW (Jiefang), DFAC (Dongfeng), BYD and so on.
Pomlead is committed to the vision of “For A Lighter Earth”, striving for the target of “making the global advanced manufacturing base of lightweight forged aluminum wheels”. We built the first forging line with 12,000 tons of forging presses including fully-automatic processes of alloy billet sawing, ultrasonic flaw detection, forging, cold aflow-forming, heat Treatment, CNC machining, Independent-developed liquid polishing, cleaning etc. Pomlead lab is equipped with various types of testing equipment such as spectrum detector, ultrasonic, fluorescent flaw detection and impact & fatigue tests benches.
Pomlead has been granted as the National High-tech Enterprise, The Single Field Champion of the Manufacturing Industry, “National Little Gigant” Firm. Pomlead Lab has been certified with CNAS(China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment). Pomlead obtained more than 100 patents.We work closely with famous universities like Qinghua University, Southeast University and research institutions, who could provide technical support for technological innovations related to new materials and leading process know-how. Pomlead has passed the certification of ISO9001, IATF16949, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO50001, German TUV, LBF, American Smithers,American DOT-T, Japanese VIA, Brazilian INMETRO and so on to make our products to comply with different regional and national standards.
