朝阳浪马轮胎有限责任公司，成立于2003年1月。公司购买了原辽宁轮胎集团公司（1966年建厂）全钢丝载重汽车子午线轮胎生产线， 年产能由35万套发展到现在的280万套。公司现有员工1800多人。全钢子午线轮胎产品：有内胎及无内胎产品共55个规格、68种花纹、354个品种。主要品牌：浪马品牌、路力士品牌。
Chaoyang Long March Tyre Co.,Ltd was founded in January,2003.With the technical support of Dunlop, it owns the first all-steel radial tire production line in China. The company has 1800 staff now and the capacity is 2.8 million tires per year. The company is accredited with ISO9001,ISO/TS16949,ISO14001 and OHSAS18001,passed the certificate of CCC,DOT,ECE,INMETRO,SNI,GSO,SONAP,LATU,SIRIM,NOM and BIS.
